Interview with Seinfeld guest star Yul Vazquez
Friday Jul 23, 2021
Friday Jul 23, 2021
Phase One of the podcast continues. For the next several weeks, I'll be sharing conversations with guest stars and crew members from Seinfeld.
This week I'm talking with Yul Vazquez, who appeared three times on Seinfeld as Bob, the intimidating street tough that terrorized Kramer with his partner Cedric. We talked about working with the late John Paragon, his upcoming project The White House Plumbers, directed by Seinfeld's David Mandel, and his work as a guitarist, painter and photographer. This is a wide-ranging interview that I had a lot of fun recording, and I think you'll really enjoy hearing it.
This week’s musical guest is Andrew Rinehart, an LA-based musician who's been active in both the Brooklyn and LA DIY scenes for the last 12 years. His forthcoming EP 'Have Fun Idiot' comes out Friday, August 6th. Listen to the end of the show for Andrew's cover of Yoko Ono's Growing Pain.

Interview with Seinfeld AND Twin Peaks guest star John Apicella
Friday Jul 16, 2021
Friday Jul 16, 2021
Phase One of the podcast continues. For the next several weeks, I'll be sharing conversations with guest stars and crew members from Seinfeld.
This week I'm talking with John Apicella, one of just 13 actors who appeared in both the Seinfeld and Twin Peaks universes. We talked about watching the Seinfeld team work their magic in the episode The Tape, his role as Jeffrey Marsh in season 2 of Twin Peaks, and working with David Lynch in a scene that was cut from one of his films--I'll let you listen to find out which one. John shared his unique perspective on what made both shows work so well. He's an avid Lynch fan, a seasoned comedy veteran, and an all-around great guy to talk to, and I think you're really going to love hearing from him.
This week’s musical guest is Jacob Zuko, an independent pop artist from Los Angeles. Listen to the end of the show for Jacob's newest single, Leave Me Alone.

Introduction
Tuesday Jun 01, 2021
Tuesday Jun 01, 2021
What’s the deal with darkness?
Welcome to The Other Side of Darkness, an episodic Seinfeld parody story that answers a simple question: what if David Lynch wrote an episode of Seinfeld? Produced by Seinpeaks, The Other Side of Darkness will unfold in eight 20-30 minute episodes, published each week beginning this fall.
Between now and then, I’ll be sharing a series of interviews with cast and crew members from Seinfeld, sharing their memories and stories, as well as some unexpected moments of clarity and intersections with the world of David Lynch.
Every episode, including this one, will end with a spotlight on a musical artist inspired by, or reminiscent of, the worlds of Twin Peaks and Seinfeld. This week's guest is Sheilava.
